What “non-custodial” means here
NVC Pay does not require merchants to surrender control of their receiving-wallet private keys. Invoices specify an on-chain destination. Settlement is a normal Mainnet transfer to that address.

NVC Pay is the NVC payment application operated as part of the NVC Chain project. Merchants create invoices. Customers pay on NVC EVM Mainnet.
What it does not do
It is not a bank, licensed remittance provider, or custodian. It does not convert NVC to USD. It does not hold customer funds.
